This course is 4 Kundalini Yoga & Meditation classes previously filmed LIVE (recorded) with Valinda Cochella MA, E-RYT who has her M.A. Degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and has been teaching Yoga & Meditation in the South Bay of Los Angeles for 20 years (South Bay Yoginis.com) and practicing Yoga since 1994.


Each class is about 1 hour and includes a lecture about the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, Chanting, Meditation, Movement (Asana) and Breathing Techniques (Pranayama).
